Cephalion

CEPHALION, ónis, ( Tab. XV.) des Amphithemis und der Tritonis, einer Nymphe, Sohn, war ein Hirt in Libyen, und, als die Argonauten Kanthus und Euribates, ihm einen Theil seines Viehes nehmen wollten, so machte er dieselben beyderseits nieder. Hygin. Fab. 14. p. 53. Bey andern heißt er Kaphaurus. Apollon. L. IV. 1485.
